Handwoven, soft Bengal cotton drape adorned with dainty sequins, tasseled ends and an exquisite border etched in gold and red.
Known as 'tant', the Bengal cotton saree is woven with the finest and most ancient weaving technique originating in the 15th century. The hallmark of a 'tant' saree is the use of locally grown cotton, whose handspun yarn adds to the feather-like texture.
Woven using fine cotton yarn and decorated with handembroidered motifs, a single saree takes 7-10 days to come alive.
Stands for "mine" in Malayalam, in its most loving form, Endé’s festive collection shows the connect between the wearer and her prized piece of nine yards of grace.
