At Go Native, we source all our produce for the restaurant and store within a 500 km radius, directly from organic farmers cooperatives. We work with like-minded brands and businesses who treat their artisan communities with fairness and empathy. We bring together gentler options for everyday needs, so you don’t have to go far to find a better way.

BILLING:

The price of our merchandise as mentioned on Go Native.in is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Such MRP shall be inclusive of all local taxes as are applicable in India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the destination where the order has to be shipped to. The tax rate applied and charged upon the order shall include a combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. Go Native reserves the right to collect taxes and/or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it may have to incur in addition to the normal taxes it may have to pay. We may also charge Delivery Charges which may include postal charges/ shipment charges etc. that may be applicable for your country.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. Go Native reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by Go Native.

PAYMENT:

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments made against the purchases/services on Go Native.in by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Go Native. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done so as to ensure a safe and foolproof online shopping environment for our users.

Go Native may employ third-party facilities for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Go Native which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions, and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

DELIVERY:

Go Native endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Go Native fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Go Native may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders.

Domestic orders: Delivered within 4-8 business days, basis your location and pin code

International orders: Delivered within 12-18 business days, basis of your location and pin code

 (You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.)

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES & PROCESSING FEE:

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Go Native for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Before you return a Go Native product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. 

We do not exchange food or personal care items unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

In spite of these variables, Go Native does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received as a defect. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Go Native within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

Post the approval of the defect from the Go Native team, the product can be exchanged at any of our stores for the same or higher value. Go Native holds the sole discretion to determine whether an exchange or refund can be issued.

 Return Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

  • Please note that returns will not be made unless there is a quality issue
  • Returns, if any, need to be made within 10 days of receiving the goods.
  • If you wish to exchange or return an order please email us at  care@gonative.in or call us on +91 98456 84349 or +91 93432 12211
  • Go Native will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a credit note for the cost of the goods.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address. 

Exchange Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

  • If you would like to request an exchange please write to us at care@gonative.in
  • Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 10 days of receiving the goods. 
  • Go Native will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item (wrong color or size). Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
  • The value of the exchange order cannot be lesser than the original order. However, it can be more. In this case the difference amount has be paid by the customer.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.

Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our Online Store.

Exchange will be done in the following cases:

  • Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Genuine quality issues.
  • In case Go Native discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you. 

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In case Go Native discovers any  wrong pricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.

No exchange will be given in the following cases:

In case of minor design and color variations. With hand loom products there will always be some variation between products.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

 

Note: Exchange and refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit. 


NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY:

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

MODES OF PAYMENT:

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to pay using Razor pay as are our third-party payment gateways.

In case of any dispute, the case would be taken up and terms and conditions would be applicable as per Karnataka Government and would be heard in Bangalore court.
