Where is Go Native located?


We are based out of Bangalore. Our restaurant spaces and retail stores are located in HSR, Jayanagar, Lavelle Road and Sadashivanagar.


Where does Go Native source its products from?


At Go Native, we source all our produce for the restaurant and store within a 500 km radius, directly from organic farmers cooperatives. We work with like-minded brands and businesses who treat their artisan communities with fairness and empathy.


Are Go Native products available outside Bangalore?


Except for our kitchen items, which come with a shorter shelf life as we do not use preservatives, everything else can be shipped to anywhere in India and internationally too. (Shipping charges would be applicable additionally)Ā 


Are all Go Native spaces sustainable?


We have done away with single-use plastic. In addition to fresh produce and fair prices, we enable a plastic-free journey for all our food. Our wellness products come in biodegradable or reusable packaging to reduce our collective carbon footprint.


How do I check my order status?


For restaurant orders, we do same day delivery - anywhere within Bangalore. For our national and international deliveries, you will be given an estimated delivery date on the placement of your order (typically between 7-10 days). How do I return/exchange an item?


We would request you to be mindful before returning/exchanging any handcrafted item, as each product is handmade and might look slightly different than the image; which makes each of them unique.Ā 

We do not exchange food or personal care items unless they have a manufacturing defect.

To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience with Go Native, we would like to request you to take a short video while you unbox the package. This will help us assess the damage caused due to transit, in case of any. Please do share the video with the Go Native team within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we will not be able to exchange the product without the unboxing video that captures the damage.
